ELDERBERRY AUTHOR APPEARS ON TV ACROSS EAST COAST

Walter A. Atkinson appeared on TV on 24 April 2003 as the guest of The Doctor's In, a show in the D.C. area, also taped for showing in slots in major cities across the U.S. The host, Dr. Larry Sheingorn was profuse in his praise of Atkinson's book, Forgive Us Our Senior Moments, and Mr. Atkinson is convinced that TV is the way to promote books.

NATIONAL MOVIE REVIEWER TO JOIN FORCES WITH ELDERBERRY

Negotiations are now underway with Mr. Cranky, author of the irreverent movie reviews read nationally to publish The Worst Movies of the Nineties. Mr. Cranky's reviews are not for the meek, but he calls them like he sees them, and fearlessly exposes Hollywood's squandered talent and resources, as well as the pervading mediocrity and worse flowing out of the cesspool that is Hollywood.

DATELINE 12 January 2003—Our authors are now scheduled to appear on the following stations: KTKK, KNXA, KFI and on ART BELL'S Radio Coast To Coast. These are great opportunities to feature our conservative titles on one of the most effective mediums for reaching readers. Zeph Daniel has been invited to travel to Fayetteville to do a live show and signing at B&N to promote his book: LAMB. And Rachel Verdon has been invited to host her own talk show as a result of her talk show appearances!

Lyme Disease and the S.S. Elbrus garnering early praise!

DATELINE 20 October 2002—OAKLAND—The latest book by immunologist, Rachel Verdon, has recently been rated "!!!!Exceptional" by TODAY'S BOOKS, a news service which rates books for national reviewers. We are certain that this is only a hint of the buzz to come on Ms. Verdon's expose.

See Night Run is featured on television!

OAKLAND—Elderberry Press has recently had one of its current novels featured on BOOKWATCH (WYOU-TV, Madison, Wisconsin)
We look forward to more success in having our titles featured on television and radio.

Our first foray into poetry and children's books, Wit And Whimsy has been called "Delightful!" by The Midwest Book Review

DATELINE: AUGUST 2002

OAKLAND—Elderberry Press has recently expanded its book promotion efforts to include a full half page display listing for each author in Radio/TV Interview Report for each new author.

Click on  rtir.com  to browse their website.  Radio/TV Interview Report   are pros at reaching radio and TV producers nationwide. Over 4,000 producers across the USA call RTIR their bible when it comes to finding interesting guests in a hurry—and our authors make interesting guests.

Radio/TV Interview Report's staff of professional ad copy writers will design and write the ad copy for each author from an in-depth questionnaire, telephone interview, or both, ads which grab the attention of producers in need of a scintillating talk show guest.

From this point onward, ALL ELDERBERRY AUTHORS,  whether authors of fiction or nonfiction, will be featured in Radio/TV Interview Report .  And RTIR may be found on the desks (and in the hands)of radio and TV producers across the country.

Just another small step toward garnering the attention our authors deserve.

NOTE: Authors who prefer not to do telephone interviews will be offered the option of one quarter page ad in The Washington Times Weekly as an alternative method of promotion.

HOLLYWOOD'S HOTTEST STUDIO CONSIDERING OUR BOOKS FOR FILM

Red Wagon Entertainment, Producers of Gladiator, Girl Interrupted and Spy Games, has been considering our latest novels. Recently, Matt Barrenson, assistant to Doug Wix, Red Wagon's second in command, was in contact regarding two of them: Lamb and Sisters Of Glass.
Though they were impressed by the writing in Lamb, the novel by Zeph Daniel, it was not what they seek at this time.
Sisters of Glass was also a near miss, ruled out as being too similar to Matrix and Minority Report.
Hollywood, it will surprise no one, is a tough nut to crack, but getting books read and considered by the studios is one thing we can do for our authors.

Elderberry Press Authors now on talk radio nationwide

Rachel Verdon, Author of Lyme Disease and the S.S. Elbrus appeared on Art Bell's Coast To Coast AM in March and enjoyed a four hour opportunity to discuss her book. The response has been tremendous and orders have been flooding in from across the U.S. Now other radio hosts who heard the show are calling for Rachel. Success has a way of building on itself.

Leigh Thompson has been invited on DOZENS of radio shows across the US to talk about his new medical thriller: Murder At Spoleto. His book is now featured at Books-A-Million and Walden's.

Frank Whalen, host at KXNA radio in Fayetteville, AR has invited Rachel Verdon, author of Lyme Disease and the SS Elbrus and Andy O'Meara, author of Accidental Warrior to appear on his show February 7. They will each have two hours to talk about their book and answer calls from listeners. This never fails to generate sales among listeners.

Art Becker, Author of DESTINY RESTORED appears with Mike Smith at KFR in Los Angeles at 10:00 PM PST on January 11. This is a HUGE market and should sell many copies of his excellent novel. Congratulations to Art!

Rachel Verdon, Author of LYME DISEASE AND THE S.S. ELBRUS appears on KTLK (K-TALK) in Salt Lake City for a third time since her book's debut. She is also scheduled to appear on KFI in Los Angeles and KNXA in Fayetteville and Clear Channel Stations in the near future. Rachel has obviously caught her listener's interest. Kudos to Rachel.

Zeph Daniel, Author of LAMB appeared on Art Bell's Coast To Coast AM on 29 December. The show was a success and Zeph is being invited to appear on other shows as a result. Congratulations to Zeph!

Dave Rumer, Author of TAINTED LEGACY is to appear on KWIX, Moberly, Missouri, on January 10. Even small venues build inertia, and this is Dave's third appearance.
